Tribute to the Trails calendar project

Bring a slice of outdoor trail bliss to your home!

About the Project

Trail Running is more than a sport and a hobby. It's therapy and medicine, it's community and world view. It's intoxicating and it's essential. We run to feel alive.

Proceeds for each calendar purchase will help build and maintain trails and support the work of the Washington Trails Association which mobilizes everyone who loves the outdoors to explore, steward and champion trails and public lands.

Capture to remember. We hold on to the good moments and accept the tough times. Spending time outdoors make us stronger and life just a little bit sweeter.

We race, not just to challenge us, but to celebrate community, and to experience a route meant to tell the story of a special place. Trail races will be back. And so will we, soon.

"We do not remember days, we remember moments."

Focus 2021

Your favorite trail running calendar is back. After a brief hiatus, and no races in 2020 the popular calendar is back for 2021. An all new design and a theme fitting for a year with no races, this calendar features 'the empty trails'. Just the outdoors, the inspiration and the yearning for our wild places, for community and for miles and miles on trails. This project, like in previous years is a fundraiser for the Washington Trails Association. A beloved nonprofit that support trail building, maintenance and advocacy all over Washington State.

Originally created by Glenn Tachiyama and Wendy Wheeler-Jacobs the calendar project raised over $250,000 for the WTA over the last 15 years.

After a brief hiatus in 2020, Mathias Eichler and The Outdoor Society are bringing this much-loved project back to life.
